Polite staff and good sized beds, QUIET setting. We spent 3 nights in studio suite. The venue was right at Playa del Carmen downtown.

Authentic room, very big beds, lovely pool. I appreciated having netflix and good Internet. They had an automated check-in too. Had no problem using their easy parking, the internet was complimentary. It was minutes from Playa del Carmen downtown.

Shame the bathroom was leaking.

A wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen. A kitchenette was a big plus. Blue Lobster, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. Parking was very close to property: )

Los Fundadores Park and other tourist spots were right by this hotel. I enjoyed the location. Nice garden outside. There was a balcony in my room.
